The staff were best people from all staff members, and location was wonderful and fantastic. Even the Rotorua Regional airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered tasty dishes.

Marvellous breakfast, a great selection of food and beverages. Great area, very central location just next door to the centre of Rotorua, the town centre/ restaurants and the main shopping streets and the lake.

The location was great, at a short distance from Matariki. I’d say that room was neat and compact, it had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge, that's convenient The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating.

The service is terrific, includes perfect parking. The marvellous and perfect breakfast offers awesome food: slices of fresh bread and fresh fruit.

Had a great stay during our visit, would stay here again. Enjoyed spending our time in this clean true boutique hotel. The rooms were huge with a desk and couch, the staff were enthusiastic.

Great property with enthusiastic employees from all staff members. Amazing building and fairly quiet rooms for a bottle of milk. A lounge and a couch were nice. Favourable location, near Rotorua Lakefront. Nestled within walking distance to eateries and pubs.

Fabulous views over Lake from our compact room. Comfortable bedroom, quite comfortable stay, easy check-out. Very central location good in nature. Near restaurants and shops and Eat Streat which has a variety of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel was delightful and fairly clean, its location was favourable close to the Eat Street restaurants which led me to discover Ali Baba's which I highly recommend to others, fantastic service. Everything was great, nevertheless a few employees were terrible rude. Location: the property was near to an excellent " attraction " as well as grocery stores. Tried some nice meals at The Thai Restaurant, located a short walk to the hotel. The staff was very nice and my stay was really great, would stay here again...

The staff is accommodating and incredibly nice! I must comment on its very central location - it was wonderful. Easy access to restaurants and eateries which are walk from the hotel.

Brand-new, neat rooms provided with the bathroom, a large shower, a huge tub. Efficient check in and easy check out.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautifully decorated and spacious room at a boutique hotel in Rotorua. The ensuite was stylish and classy, perfect for a romantic weekend away. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the Polynesian Spa through the CBD, and close to restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I especially loved the lovely pool area, and the mineral pool was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Appealing property, has affable staff from all staff members. Excellent and comfortable location in Rotorua, near to many restaurants and cafes as well as the lake, Hospital, eat street. Also, close to downtown.
